Digital Marketing Specialist

How would you like to get in at the ground floor of a company that has been backed by River City Labs Accelerator and Telstra Muru-D? We are in early startup phase and have early traction. We are looking for exceptionally talented, versatile, tech-savvy marketer that is excited at the prospect of owning marketing end-to-end and taking it to the next level. You will get to choose your preferred tools for CRM and marketing technology to meet your targets. This is a permanent, part time role, around 20 hours per week with flexibility on when and where those hours are done.

Skills and Experience

• Understanding of Lean Startup Principles.
• Experience using CMS and basic HTML/CSS to update web sites with SEO in mind.
• Experience in best practice approach to A/B testing, CRO, UX and Funnel Analysis.
• Project managing the production of all campaign assets including creative concepts, eDMs, events, advertising and sponsorship, marketing automation programs, social media, partnerships, web pages, and collateral.
• Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation and web analytics.
• Create efficient processes for creating, delivering and measuring the effectiveness of automation programs and campaigns.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction while hitting specific goals.
• Experience in an association or board in an office bearer capacity highly favored.

What might your day-to-day look like?

• Designing and execution of new automated email workflows and email marketing campaigns.
• Managing the creation of brochures and sales-support materials.
• Making improvements to our website and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Managing interns.
• Making sales calls and talking to existing customers.
